| Sodium bicarbonate        | 80 g   |
| Calcium lactate           | 40 g   |
| Magnesium sulfate         | 40 g   |
| Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) | 25 g   |
| Vitamin A (as β-Carotene) | 2 g    |
| Vitamin E (Tocopherols)   | 5 g    |
| B-Complex Vitamins        | 10 g   |
| Citric Acid               | 10 g   |
| Silicon Dioxide           | 5 g    | 

* Mix *5 g per liter* of drinking water (1 tsp ≈ 5 g)
* Offer for 3–5 days during stress, illness, heat, or post-transport
* Always provide fresh, plain water alongside
* Replace solution daily
